Refund & Fulfillment Policy

Fulfillment Policy

Customers shall have immediate access to products upon purchase. Services may require longer periods of time to fulfill based on necessary information gathering. Upon receiving all necessary information required to perform services, fulfillment shall occur within 30 days.     

Refund Policy

Products

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase will have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund. Proof of purchase is required.

Services

Customers who are not satisfied with their service will have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund. Full refunds will be issued for services in which no work by Gianni Logan, Professional Financial Consultant has not begun service work. Partial refunds of 50% will be issued in cases where work has been performed by Gianni Logan, Professional Financial Consultant.

Refunds shall be processed electronically based on the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for receipt of refund.
